Welcome to the Cobra Body Kit Page!

Well, I went with a combination of
styles for my kit. The front hood is a Steeda Cobra R. I wanted a
cowl for my Nitrous purges and really love that hood. The front and rear
clips (bumper covers) are Saleen as well as the side skirts and vents. The wing
is a Saleen S281. The split tonneau covers are made by
KarKraft.
The split covers fit inside the car (not trunk) - the single cover does fit
anywhere except the spot it is made for.
The prep work involved to make these
kits look good is quite high. The local dealer where I purchased the car
(Summit Ford, Toronto) is where I got the work done. First the parts have
to be put on the car to check for fit. Then they come off and the prepping
starts. Clean - sand - prime - clean sand - prime - clean sand - prime.
Then paint and clear. Depending on the color of your car the paint will be
harder or easier to match. Make sure your dealer knows how to paint or
they'll never match it. My dealership did an amazing job matching the
paint. You will see I also had the mirrors done.

You will notice the bumper does NOT
say Saleen. The bumper came with the Saleen word indented in the bumper
but lets face it .... it's not a Saleen, and therefore I did not want it saying
Saleen. The dealership filled the letters and I put my Stainless Bumper
Letters on the bumper. Those were the smaller 96-01 Cobra letters.
I've since upgraded to the larger 03/04 Cobra letters
This next shot shows the wing very
well, and also the side skirt and vent.

This next picture shows a better view of the split
between the covers - also you'll see the custom leather head pad I had created
for the fronts of the tonneau covers to give it that custom look.
