I purchased the Paint for my interior from "PAINTSCRATCH.COM"

They have the most superior paint that I could find - especially for the FORD colors.

My paint is Laser red which is a 3-color process, which makes the application that much more difficult. I simply followed the directions and everything turned out fantastic. The preparation was very easy. I simply cleaned the parts with rubbing alcohol and then painted them. I applied 3 coats (all at once) - of each step. Base coat - mid coat - clear coat. I did not let each step dry to do the next. The tech article I followed to remove the parts I found HERE

I didn't do the door jams because I feel the take too much abuse and would start to look bad after a while.
